What will you be doing? DivergeIT’s Specialists provide dedicated on-site and remote support to select clients who possess both Windows and Apple environments. You will be supporting the latest Office 365 and Cloud-based network technologies across multiple client environments. When not on-site, you will be supporting other remote clients that include both Microsoft and Apple devices as well as expanding your knowledge on other productivity and security SaaS solutions.

Who are we looking for? The ideal candidate will have on-site field experience and can demonstrate exceptional customer service support with a current knowledge of Microsoft Windows10 (through v1903) and O365 products as well as with MACs up to Catalina (v10.15). You must also be fully versed in the Office 365 suite of products to include Outlook, Sharepoint, and Teams setup on both PCs, MACs and mobile devices. You must have a solid foundation in troubleshooting user desktop issues concerning network connectivity, email, printers, and user account permissions. Regardless of what you know, this position will challenge you to quickly learn how to support a wide variety of Productivity and Line of Business applications that our clients use to run their businesses.

Experience Required: 3+ Years IT Technical Support in Windows and MAC environments

Local Candidates Only: Preferably in the Westside or Southbay areas of Los Angeles.

Preferred Current Certifications (within past 3-5 years):

Windows MCP

Windows MCSA – Windows 10

Apple Certified Support Professional (ASCP)

Apple Certified Associate – Mac Integration Basics
